Who's talking into all those recorders

I'm Nikhil. By day I work at the intersection of energy-tech and software in Munich; by temperament I'm a builder who thinks out loud — mostly into a voice recorder on walks through the city.

Since April 2023 I've recorded 264 voice memos — in Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Hyderabad, London, and Munich. Street names became their titles: Gutenbergstraße, Frauenmantelanger, Cosimastraße. They capture ideas about AI and work, startups, meditation and ego, wealth and fairness — usually mid-thought, always honest.

What I believe (this month)

"Ask why? And don't stop at understanding — ask more whys, to see if there's a way to make life easy for all. Catch yourself if you find yourself justifying existing ways."

That line, from my own notes, is the closest thing I have to a manifesto. The rest of this site is the evidence.

What I'm building

slowclaw.social — a voice-first, local-first "second brain": record memos, write notes, transcribe everything on-device, and let agents help clean up the raw material into publishable ideas. This website is itself an experiment in that pipeline: raw notes in, structured artifact out.
